Returns conditions


If you need to send your flip flop back, you can do so simply within 14 days from receipt of your order. submit your request via our customer service  here and we’ll send authorisation. once we receive your items back, we’ll process your return. 


Note that in order for us to accept your return, you should ensure your items are returned unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging (with the box intact). ensure the items are packaged properly and include the order paperwork they came with (or a note with your order details) so we know it’s your return. any items received in an unsuitable condition may be refused. you are responsible for the cost of return postage. any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse in the us so we suggest you use a tracked delivery method and keep proof of postage. 

Refunds should take no-longer than 7-10 days following receipt and refunds are made to the original payment method only. if you return your whole order, we will refund the cost of the items. if you reject your delivery and it is returned to us, the cost of the returned items will be refunded; but shipping costs will not be refunded if you chose an express service. 

Returns process

1) request your return via our customer service by chat on samba-sol.com. the team will review and authorise your request 
2) we’ll email you a personalised address label and return instructions 
3) return your items to the address on the label 
4) we’ll refund your original order payment or process your exchange request when… 
  i) you reply to our email with your return tracking details or 
  ii) we receive your items at our warehouse
