Return Policy

Returns and exchanges can be done within 21 days of purchase. Your returned flip flops must be unworn, unwashed and include the original packaging. Incorrect and worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Submit your return or exchange request via our Contact Us page. For quick processing, please include your name, e-mail, order number and a reason for the return/exchange. Customer service will provide you with a return address. You are responsible for return postage. Please email us the tracking information for your return shipment so that we can expedite the processing of your refund.

You will receive your refund within 7-10 business days after our warehouse receives your return. Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refunded on express service orders or return orders. If you refuse delivery of your purchase and it is returned to our warehouse, you will be refunded for the cost of the items only. You will not be refunded the cost of shipping.

 

Return Process Steps

  1. Request your return/exchange via our Contact Us page on Samba-Sol.com within 21 days of purchase.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request. Once reviewed, customer service will email you a personalized return address label with return instructions.
  3. Repackage your flip flops and return your items to the address on the label.
  4. Email our customer service your return shipment tracking details.
  5. Your refund will be processed once your items are received by the warehouse and they are inspected to make sure they are the correct items and are in unworn condition.
